Activities
Flora Tower
Interior Design | 73,000 square meters
Flora Tower, located on Shahid Babayi Highway, covers an approximate area of 74,000 square meters. It consists of 27 floors and 248 units, with a composite structure combining tunnel form in above-ground levels and a traditional concrete skeleton structure in underground levels.
Qarani Town
Urban Design | 40,000 square meters
Qarani Residential Complex is a project consisting of 312 residential units. It is located on a 5,500 square meter land in the Azgol area of Tehran. The complex is composed of three blocks, each with 11 floors, totaling 104 units per block.
Newside Town
Architecture | 72,800 square meters
The Newside Residential Complex in Ahvaz is one of the integrated projects of landscape design, urban walls, and villa buildings by Naqsh-e-Honar-e–Taqaron. It pays special attention to the principles of sustainable design, and factors of sustainability.
Quchan Area

A total of 252 residential units are organized in the form of 14 blocks, each consisting of 18 units, with accessible pathways provided for their access. The parking areas of the blocks have been positioned in close proximity to the respective blocks.
Sisangan Villa

In the design of Sisangan personal villa, spaces are maximally utilized to serve the user. This is evident both in the spatial expansiveness and the spatial relationships, while vertical access within the villa is not limited to the functional level.
Namakabroud Tower

The pristine and unique nature of Namak Abrud has created a unique destination to live in this area. Namak Abroud residential complex occupies less space on the ground by arranging homogeneous but dissimilar geometries on top of each other.
