While ensuring overall coherence in the physical layout of the entire complex, this approach also defines and separates the spatial organization based on the site’s natural framework.

For instance, the required parking facilities have been strategically positioned to serve as a spatial buffer, separating public and residential areas. In the public areas, emphasis has been placed on creating interactive spaces for residents through the establishment of a central neighborhood space for sports, small-scale commercial activities, and recreational amenities. The integration of natural elements such as the site’s topography and the utilization of surface water sources contributes to enhancing the overall quality of the public realm.
