Despite the impact of the city’s legal restrictions, this land is an opportunity for horizontal and low-rise expansion in the high-rise part of Tehran. Therefore, the design of this complex is based on patterns of Iranian architectural geometry, and activity-spatial separation while coherent and integrated. Continuous but short visual and movement corridors offer a range of residential villas the opportunity to face the northern mountains and southern towers.

The villas are spread with a variety of exterior forms on both sides of the garden axis. This axis leads to the cultural complex on arrival with a combination of green and open spaces.
